Spiced Pear Cider

Ingredients:

  • 1 minikeg of pear cider
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup pear juice (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Open the minikeg and add the spices and pear juice (if using).
  2. Stir gently to mix the ingredients and reseal the keg.
  3. Let sit for 1-2 days to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Serve chilled or slightly warmed with a slice of pear for garnish.
