Ingredients:
- 1 minikeg of hard apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Open the minikeg and add the cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg.
- If you prefer a sweeter cider, mix in the brown sugar.
- Gently stir and reseal the keg.
- Let sit for 2-3 days to infuse the spices, then serve chilled or gently warmed.
