Pumpkin Spice Ale

Ingredients:

  • 1 minikeg of a pale ale or amber ale
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree (optional for extra pumpkin flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Gently open the minikeg and mix in the spices and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree (optional) and stir gently to combine.
  3. Reseal the minikeg and let it sit for about 2-3 days to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Pour and serve cold with a cinnamon stick garnish.
