Ingredients:
- 1 minikeg of a pale ale or amber ale
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree (optional for extra pumpkin flavor)
Instructions:
- Gently open the minikeg and mix in the spices and vanilla extract.
- Add the pumpkin puree (optional) and stir gently to combine.
- Reseal the minikeg and let it sit for about 2-3 days to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Pour and serve cold with a cinnamon stick garnish.
