Cranberry Cider

Ingredients:

  • 1 minikeg of hard cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Open the minikeg and carefully pour in the cranberry juice, orange zest, and fresh cranberries.
  2. If desired, add sugar or honey for extra sweetness.
  3. Reseal and gently shake the minikeg.
  4. Let sit for 2 days in the fridge, then serve cold.
